Colmena
The Colmena project features a comprehensive glazing solution to a spectacular private residence.
Incorporating our minimal frame Aperto Venti sliding doors - bi-fold doors - slimline aluminium windows together with large frameless structurally silicone bonded glass units and a glass Juliet balcony at first floor level.
All combine to complement the architecture and overall quality of this property, maximising internal light and external views.

Barcombe Road
The Barcombe Road project features our 20mm sightline Aperto Venti minimal frame sliding door and a slimline aluminium fixed picture window.
They offer a seamless connection between the kitchen-dining area and the external space, flooding the interior with light.
The slim profiles on all the glazing provide perfect contemporary design and maximum visible area.

Stuart House
A challenging project in collaboration with Perega Structural Engineers.
The existing spider fixed glazed façade had experienced panel failure and was condemned unsafe based on the glass sizes used.
Our appointment included the removal of the existing installation, with transparent material recycling and a very difficult measurement survey of the previously used structural steel positions. It was necessary to weld additional bracketry to the structural beam at the head of the opening.
Utilising new structural glass support fins, connected in 3 parts with bespoke stainless steel splice plates, we achieved a seamless transition from removal, to complete new installation to Perega’s design specification, then applied a solar manifestation to the whole façade face, to control glare in the reception area.

Cadogan Square Restaurant
We were commissioned to remove existing double glazed units and demonstrate the recycling pathway of all the old glass.
Measure, manufacture and replace the DGUs in both windows and entrance doors – where necessary, refurbish the bronze pressure plate fixing system and replace all gasket and silicone sealant.
The project was carried out to the very high standard expected, on time and with no problems.

150 Holborn
Appoimted by McLaren Construction to design, supply and install a 4m high structural glass screen, over a back painted glass feature/TV wall below – with all glass joints aligning from ground floor level to the top of our screen – We appointed Perega Engineers to specify the steel support work and glass thickness.
With panels in excess of 200kg, our amazing installation team utilised a Winlet glass robot to help with the precise glass placement in a tight working space.

Boutique Soho Brass Framed Mirrors
The boutique shop in Soho features floor and ceiling mounted, polished brass mirror frames, that complement the high end interior – our mirrors are captured on the frames with no visible means of fixing – these ‘floating’ mirrors are positioned in the retail space to provide clients with options to use for reflecting the products but also to give the impression of open floor space.
The Old Parsonage
The refurbishment of the orangery and pool area at the Old Parsonage needed a combination of panoramic glazing, modern comfort technologies and to complement this historic listed building.
The installation of a wrap around corner run of Aperto Venti minimal frame sliding doors, with 4m high by 3m wide vents, and a frameless glass roof using structurally silicone bonded glass units and our hidden edge support system, opens up the space and is further enhanced by three powered opening aluminium frame 5m2 rooflights, integrated to the central control system.

Killyon Road Clapham
This project replaced a uPVC and Perspex ‘lean-to’.
We installed a frameless glass roof, in structurally silicone bonded glass units, supported on our hidden frame system.
A fixed aluminium panel at one end and an aluminium single door at the other.
A further aluminium bi-fold completed the scope of work, which added interior floor space and light into the rear of this semi detached property in SW London.

Earldom Road Putney
We engineered, manufactured and installed a large frameless glass roof panel, structurally bonded to a larger vertical panel, with an additional large obscure panel on the other elevation.
Between them a slimline sliding door system.
Each of the structural glass panels weighed over 500kg and were moved from delivery point at the front of the property, through an 880mm wide side access, then installed using our incredible installation team and specialist glazing equipment from the glazing trolley, into channels and table topped for the roof panel.
The glass panels were solar coated and easy clean coated.
Between them a slimline sliding door system.

Central House Whitechapel
We designed, supplied and installed toughened laminated overhead glazing, with a dot frit silk screened pattern, to free standing steel canopy structures erected by our client.
The silk screen pattern/grid was carefully planned and set out in conjunction with our client, to ensure all rows of dots were perfectly aligned from panel to panel and no stepping.

Pembridge Villas London
This stunning west London residence required a contemporary frameless structural glass room added to overlook the rear of the property.
With no columns or support steel, the whole structure, designed in partnership with Perega Structural Engineers, is supported by our hidden edge support and stepped/structural silicone bonded glass to glass joints. With a slimframe aluminium heritage style door, hung from a bespoke aluminium door frame surround, structurally silicone fixed in place.
To further enhance the rear space, we supplied and installed point fixed structural glass balustrade to the external stair and landing,

A stunning installation of structural glass balustrade, to a multi level roof terrace.
Using 25.5mm and 33mm triple laminate structural glass balustrade and including an inclined and faceted feature balcony section.
Completed directly following the covid shutdown, our installation team managed to incorporate all of the required safety measures and restrictions, but still delivered completion on time.

Knightsbridge Apartments
A collection of entrance staircases to high end apartments in Kensington, we supplied and installed structural glass balustrade with a ‘saw tooth’ bottom edge profile.
This profiling of the glass allows the architect to utilise a channel that follows the lines of the treads and risers, to avoid bolting on or including a larger glass base channel.
